Guarantee & refunds

🧡 We want you to honor your family without any risk.

See it before you pay

The preview is free. What you download after paying is that same image, in high resolution.

If you don't love it, we refund you

Email us at hola@ofrendaviva.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund your payment in full. No hard questions.

If something fails, the refund is automatic

If we can't create your final version, we refund you without you having to ask. In a Family Ofrenda, that person's share is refunded.

Living Memory

If we can't create the video, we automatically refund its part ($4.00) and you keep the photo and cards.

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the same card and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
