Privacy

Your photos belong to your family. Here's how we handle them:

• We use your photos only to create the portrait you ordered. We don't sell them, publish them or use them to train models.
• To create the images, we process them with artificial intelligence providers (Google, OpenAI and fal.ai, which we use for videos and to enlarge images) under their business terms.
• Facial features: to create your image, the AI models analyze the faces in the photos. They're used only for your portrait; we don't store face templates or biometric identifiers apart from the images, they're never sold or used to train AI, and everything is deleted after 7 days. Each relative gives their permission when uploading their photo.
• We automatically delete all photos and images 7 days after they're created. Download your files before then.
• We remove hidden data from photos (such as GPS location) when they're uploaded.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We keep your email to send you your portrait.
• We use the Meta pixel and its Conversions API to measure our ads (for example, whether a visit ended in a purchase). You can block the pixel in your browser. The pixel doesn't run on your order pages.
• We count site visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
• We only send you promotional emails if you agree at checkout. If you agree and don't finish paying, we may send you one reminder with a link to finish (only one per order). You can unsubscribe at any time by replying UNSUBSCRIBE.
• Your rights: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hola@ofrendaviva.com.
